Job Title: Patient Care Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring a smooth clinical and administrative experience at our Day Hospice Centre.
The incumbent will assist the Assistant Manager, Day Hospice in engaging patients with life-limiting illnesses referred to the centre. They must demonstrate excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to provide holistic and person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and organizing daily activities and programs for patients.
- Support in administrative duties and kitchen tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
- GCE 'O' level or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Certificate in Therapy Assistant or Nursing Certification desirable.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience as a Healthcare Assistant preferred.
