Job Title

We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate funeral director to join our team.



Roles & Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Handle client inquiries and provide prompt follow-up actions over the phone or via email,
  • Coordinate funeral arrangements with families and other stakeholders,
  • Assist with client meetings, visits, and virtual communications,
  • Transfer deceased individuals to funeral homes with care and respect,
  • Collaborate with operations staff and finance teams to ensure seamless operations,
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.


Requirements

To succeed as a funeral director, you should possess the following skills and qualities:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients and monks),
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities,
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills,
  • Self-motivated, meticulous, and independent in your work approach,
  • Possess a valid driver's license for transportation duties,
  • Relevant industry experience is an advantage but not essential,
  • Comfortable working in the funeral industry and willing to do shift work, including Public Holidays and Overtime.
