We are seeking an experienced Commercial Business Professional to drive data-informed commercial strategy and operational excellence.

Job Description

The Commercial Business Analyst will leverage data analytics, process optimization, and AI-enabled tools to enhance decision-making. This role combines analytical capabilities with commercial acumen to optimize sales performance, pricing strategies, and cross-functional alignment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track sales performance, pipeline health, and productivity.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis on win/loss trends, sales cycle efficiency, and quota attainment.
  • Implement predictive analytics to forecast performance.
  • Optimize CRM utilization through data governance and workflow improvements.
  • Analyze pricing practices, discount patterns, and deal structures to maximize profitability.
  • Support development of pricing models and sales compensation plans.
Requirements

A business-related degree is essential for this role. Proficiency in Power BI, HubSpot, Excel, and data visualization tools is required.
