Patient Care Liaison Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in building strong relationships with patients and their families.

Your primary goal will be to ensure that all individuals receive exceptional care and service throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will attend to patient needs in a calm and courteous manner, providing empathetic support and guidance.
  • Handle new client inquiries and provide prompt responses and assistance, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Promote positive relations with all individuals who come into contact, fostering a culture of respect and inclusivity.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all patient information and pertinent health screening data, adhering to strict privacy protocols.
  • Work cohesively with other departments and colleagues as part of a collaborative team.
  • Analyze and resolve problems while exercising good judgment, thinking critically and creatively.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must have excellent customer service skills, with experience working in a front desk or concierge environment.
  • Minimum GCE N / O levels required.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Experience as a Receptionist or any Front-Line Counter will be an added advantage.
  • Candidate must be IT savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Able to commit up to 5.5-day work week (Monday to Friday; Saturday).
