Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Retail Supervisor. As a key member of our retail management team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Supervise, lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide retail management standards to level of excellence customer service.
  • Sales Growth: Execution on sales strategies and promotional activities to drive sales growth and meet revenue goals.
  • Customer Service Management: Customer satisfaction and resolving any complaints.
  • Sales Performance: Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing feedback and coaching to team members to improve sales and customer interactions.
  • Store Visual Merchandising: Upkeeping store visual merchandising and maintaining company branding guidelines.
  • Product Knowledge: Displaying strong knowledge of brands and updated on industry trends. To effectively educate customers about our brand while providing styling advice.
  • New Hire Training: Training of new hires on latest SOPs, branding, product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Inventory Management: POS management/ cash management and reconciliation. Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, stock transfers, and conducting regular stock checks to maintain adequate product availability. Ensuring periodic stocktaking are in order.
  • Manpower Coordination: Manpower coordination and planning.
Requirements:
  • Education: Min 'O' Levels, 'A' Levels or Diploma.
  • Skills: Good numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience: Previous experience in Fashion/ other retail environment.
