About the Job

The role involves reviewing and approving user access requests based on established procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • To verify user access requests against approved access matrices and authority instructions.
  • Conduct regular reviews of user access profiles to ensure alignment with function/role and approved access matrices.
  • Investigate exceptions thoroughly and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Participate in new systems projects, assess user access functionality, and conduct UAT to ensure compliance with Group IT Security Policy.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in relevant field.
  • Strong focus on customer service and stakeholder engagement.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
