Teaching and Learning Strategist

We are seeking an accomplished educator to drive the design and implementation of innovative teaching methodologies in our academic environment.

The successful candidate will lead curriculum development, ensuring alignment with adult learning principles and theological frameworks. They will also oversee the creation of multimedia instructional resources and collaborate with faculty on training programs.

This is a key leadership role that demands strategic thinking, innovation, and strong collaboration skills. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of adult learning theories, competency-based education, and microlearning.

In addition to their technical expertise, they should possess excellent communication skills, enabling them to convey complex pedagogical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

About this role:

  • Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies rooted in sound theological education.
  • Align curriculum development with adult learning principles and theological frameworks.
  • Collaborate on the creation, revision, and accreditation of theological programs.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Education (Curriculum and Instructional) or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in academic leadership, curriculum design, and EdTech innovation.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theories, competency-based education, and microlearning.
  • Expertise in educational media production, video editing, and digital learning platforms.
