We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced R&D Food Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for developing and testing new food products, recipes, and formulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and test new food products, recipes, and formulations that meet consumer preferences and market trends.
  • Innovate and enhance existing products by applying food science principles and processing techniques.
  • Implement and oversee quality control procedures to ensure product consistency and compliance with safety standards.
  • Conduct research on food ingredients, processing methods, and preservation techniques.
  • Ensure all products and processes comply with local and international food safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with production teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in food product development or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of food science principles and food processing techniques.
