Job Title: Key Leadership Role in Wealth Management

Lead a team of wealth advisors to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the performance of wealth advisors.
  • Collaborate with segment leaders to achieve regional goals and objectives.
  • Design and deliver training programs to develop wealth advisor competencies.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to local wealth managers to introduce WA competency standards.
  • Collaborate with other COEs to identify initiatives requiring WAC COE assistance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in wealth management in a business leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, delegation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to foster a positive team culture and collaboration.
  • In-depth understanding of wealth management products and services.
