Our company is seeking an experienced and skilled individual to fill the role of Wealth Manager Supervisor. This position will involve supervising a team of Wealth Managers, handling recruitment, and ensuring that all policies and regulations are adhered to.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing agencies through quality recruitment and selection of Wealth Managers. They will also be required to build and develop their teams through supervision, training, and coaching activities. Additionally, they will need to adhere to the Training and Competency requirements set out in the T&C Plan.

Key responsibilities of this role include conducting coaching sessions, joint field work, and meetings with Wealth Managers. The supervisor will also be responsible for preparing for coaching and meeting sessions, establishing goals for the unit, attending branch meetings and company events, and pursuing professional competence courses.

Requirements for this role include a minimum full A level and local polytechnic diploma. Additionally, at least one year of wealth management or investment experience is required. Interested individuals should possess strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
