With a comprehensive network of eldercare facilities across the region, we aim to deliver suitable and affordable services to families seeking day care for their elderly members.

Our offerings include a variety of integrated services and programs such as social day care, dementia support, nursing, respite care, and rehabilitation services like physiotherapy and occupational therapy, alongside wellness initiatives and transportation solutions. Through these services, we strive to offer the highest quality of care to the elderly individuals we serve.

We are currently seeking a Driver to support our operations.

Your primary responsibility will be to transport seniors and goods safely and punctually according to established schedules. Ensuring the safety of clients and the integrity of goods during transit is paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport clients from their residences to the center and back, adhering to punctuality.
  • Perform daily visual assessments of clients' health and well-being, and communicate with family members as necessary.
  • Welcome clients upon their arrival at the center and assist them during departures to their waiting vehicles.
  • Ensure the safety of clients while they are boarding and alighting from the vehicle.
  • Maintain an updated roster of clients utilizing transport services.
  • Assist in the efficient scheduling of clients' transportation timetables.
  • Keep the vehicle logbook current.
  • Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle.
  • Oversee vehicle maintenance and repair schedules.
  • Support Care staff and Therapy Assistants with routine client care duties.
  • Participate in programs, screenings, and assessments for the elderly, and assist with basic activities of daily living (ADLs).
  • Help maintain cleanliness and order within the centers.
  • Perform any additional multi-skilled tasks as assigned by the Center Manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Must possess a valid Class 3 License.
  • Experience with basic electrical or mechanical repairs is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in driving or caregiving roles within healthcare settings is preferred.
  • Demonstrated willingness and patience in serving elderly clients.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential.
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
