Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients and customers.">
  • Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring all billing information is correct and up-to-date.">
  • Monitor and record incoming payments, following up on outstanding invoices as necessary.">
  • Respond to billing inquiries from customers and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.">
  • Enter and manage billing data in the accounting system efficiently and accurately.">
  • Assist in generating billing reports and summaries for management review.">
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.">

Requirements:

  • Minimum O-level/N-level or any equivalent discipline">
  • Experience with any billing software or tools are considered an advantage">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus">
