Fleet Engineering Professional

We are seeking a skilled Fleet Engineering Specialist to join our team of professionals who perform various tasks onboard harbour crafts, including mechanical repairs and maintenance.

  • Perform lathe machining and electrical troubleshooting to facilitate repair to machinery.
  • Liaise with the operations team on breakdown reports and harbour craft status.
  • Assist in lifting activities and confined space assessment.
  • Ensure proper disposal of used oils and chemicals.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possess at least a Nitec in Marine Technology, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving license and MOM accredited certifications such as SSIC, Safety Supervisor, Lifting Supervisor, Forklift Driving.
  • Have prior experience in performing mechanical fitment, basic gas welding, hydraulic and pneumatic system troubleshooting.
  • Have good knowledge of electrical systems and familiar with electrical schematics diagrams.
