Job Title: Coffee Specialist

The role of a coffee specialist is to create a high-quality customer experience by preparing and serving exceptional coffee beverages.

The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of different coffee beans, origins, roasting techniques, and flavor profiles. Experience with Australian coffee is highly desirable.

This is a dynamic role that requires the ability to multitask, taking orders, preparing beverages, serving customers, and maintaining cleanliness. Strong communication skills are essential for ensuring a pleasant experience for our customers.

We are seeking someone who can commit to shift hours and has at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in latte art is also required.

In this role, you will be responsible for operating espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment. You will greet and interact with customers, take orders, answer questions about coffee and menu items, and ensure that customers have a positive experience in the café.
