Job Title: Senior Media Manager

You will be a key stakeholder in building strong partnerships with clients, driving business growth through deep understanding of the business environment and digital landscape. As a leader of a remote regional team, you will implement and manage digital media plans that support clients in achieving their objectives and reaching their target audiences effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the client's business environment and objectives, serving as a trusted partner in driving business growth.
  • Lead a remote regional team, overseeing day-to-day account management, and providing guidance to planners and executives.
  • Identify new opportunities for partnerships and growth, leveraging insights into external and business environments, as well as emerging trends in digital media.
  • Collaborate with extended Publicis teams to develop digital strategies and media plans that meet client objectives.
  • Analyze media statistics and data to provide recommendations and insights on emerging media trends.
  • Monitor plan execution, serving as the first point of contact for any issues or discrepancies, and ensuring timely delivery of media assets within budget.
  • Develop media insights using various data sources, crafting strategic perspectives for internal and client audiences on media, brands, consumers, and experiences.
  • Provide coaching and supervision to the team, supporting their skill development and knowledge of agency, client, vendor, and industry fundamentals.
  • Work closely with planners to ensure accurate and timely invoicing, resolving unbilled cases with finance.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of media planning experience, with a focus on strategic and operational planning and execution, preferably in regional or global accounts.
  • Experience in managing digital media and OOH, with a strong background in performance marketing (Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, DV360).
  • Familiarity with media timelines, processes, and needs, as well as knowledge of new approaches to digital tactical planning (social and mobile included).
  • Ability to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure, while applying good judgment and hard facts to drive results.
  • Understanding of the client's business needs, including brand history and strategic intent, as well as the ability to tap into proprietary consumer insight applications or alternative sources for in-depth analysis.
