Corporate Performance Improvement Specialist

The job incumbent will provide corporate and business controlling support to the SEA markets (6 countries), ensuring accurate, high-quality analysis and reporting.
This role will drive performance, support decision-making, and champion process improvements in a collaborative team environment.
About the Role
- Provide corporate and management reporting for SEA markets.
- Business controlling for assigned functions, business units, or entities.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, including strategy and mid-term planning.
- Drive efficiency, process harmonization, and value-adding initiatives.
- Support and/or lead ad-hoc projects.
Your Profile
- A well-recognized degree in accountancy/finance/business with professional qualification such as Certified Public Accountant / Chartered Accountant, or equivalent.
- At least 8-10 years of relevant experience and a proven track record in a progressive MNC. Regional HQ exposure in Asia Pacific/SEA is strongly preferred.
- Experience in project management (e.g., system roll-out or strategic initiatives) is highly preferred.
- ERP experience, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Business acumen with the ability to cut through complexity and focus on key issues.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and meticulous.
- Resourceful, independent, and able to work within a matrix structure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; reliable and driven.
- A team player and robust business partner, committed to shared goals.
- Ability to work under pressure with tight timelines.
- Willingness to travel (mainly SEA countries).
