We are seeking a skilled and experienced Corporate Improvement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating and organizing company improvement activity events, tracking and maintaining reports for all corporate activities, and liaising with staff and headquarter on general issues.
About the RoleThe Corporate Improvement Specialist will be responsible for:
- Facilitating and organizing company improvement activity events, including Performance Innovation Management (PIM) and Management by Objective (MBO)
- Tracking and maintaining reports for all corporate activities, mainly PIM and MBO
- Liaising and coordinating with staff and headquarter on general issues
- Supporting Managers in organizing company workshops
- Translating periodicals or essential information for the company
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum Diploma level with 2 years of experience in Administration or other relevant professional certificates
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Proficient in Japanese language to communicate with internal stakeholders (JLPT N2)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
