Our company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Administrator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining a full set of accounts, handling various accounting matters, including management reporting, taxation, and monthly accounts closing. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records
  • Handle the full spectrum of accounting matters, including management reporting, taxation, and monthly accounts closing
  • Oversee GST report preparation, review, and submission
  • Prepare tax schedules and collaborate with tax agents
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of group accounting and reporting guidelines
  • Liaise with auditors for statutory reporting and professional advisors on related matters
  • Responsible for timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to management
  • Responsible for managing payroll, CPF submission, and annual filing of IR8A forms
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in accounting roles handling multiple full sets of accounts for different entities
  • Proficiency in accounting standards, GST, Corporate Tax
  • Experience in managing full set accounting, preferably within shipping and marine-related companies
  • Hands-on experience in group consolidation and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS office applications
  • Bilingual ability to communicate effectively with clients
