Commercial Engagement Specialist

The Opportunity:

  • A dynamic role supporting distributor engagement and commercial strategy across Vietnam.

The Talent:

  • Diploma or degree in any field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a commercial role (B2B experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Vietnamese and English required for effective communication.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with distributors and end users.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key distributor personnel.
  • Coordinate internal resources to support distributor needs and drive performance.
  • Execute strategic account planning and support commercial negotiations.
  • Identify market opportunities and support business development initiatives.
