At PRIMUSTECH PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our facilities maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility maintenance, with a proven track record of managing and executing building maintenance and operational programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute building maintenance and operational programs for all facilities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality policies.
- Manage and handle all client contracts, including contractors and sub-contractors for various maintenance items, activities, and tasks.
- Coordinate and enact site safety & quality programs, ensuring the efficiency and operational capacity of the BMS/IBMS systems.
- Prepare operation reports, maintenance budgets, and provide related analysis to support business decisions.
- Develop and implement facilities maintenance schedules, resolving all maintenance issues in a timely manner.
- Supervise and mentor facilities engineers and technicians, providing guidance and orientation for new recruits.
- Attend regular meetings with customers and internal departmental briefings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- At least 5 years of professional work experience in Facility Maintenance, with a strong understanding of maintenance environments and procedures.
- Experience in maintenance/troubleshooting of Building Maintenance System (BMS), Extra Low Voltage systems (ELV), DDC/PLC programming, and SCADA design & operation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Degree / Diploma in Engineering / Facilities Management) or any other relevant discipline from a reputable local or foreign university or polytechnic.
