Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Middleware Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in guiding strategic middleware system analysis and complex test framework business initiatives.

You will work closely with a team of experts to translate business needs into technical solutions, collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient system implementation and optimization, and lead requirements gathering and management across stakeholder groups.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Validating, documenting, and managing evolving system specifications.
  • Conducting business process analysis to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities, and proposing optimized workflows using modelling techniques.
  • Translating business requirements into technical designs, data mappings, integration specs (APIs, source-to-target mapping), and user acceptance testing criteria.
  • Overseeing design documentation, test plans, functional and non-functional specifications, and validating and testing solutions through QA and UAT phases.
  • Serving as a technical liaison, aligning IT delivery with stakeholder expectations and timelines, and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Mentoring, training, and leading junior system/business analysts, contributing to staff performance reviews and ongoing development.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements, establishing best practices for analysis and documentation standards across the team.
  • Participating in strategic planning, enterprise architecture initiatives, and assessing risk/opportunities associated with systems enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in systems/business analysis, including a leadership or supervisory position.
  • Experience with Data and C programming skills is a bonus.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business-friendly language.
