ECON Healthcare Group seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Coordinator for Elderly Services to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services, particularly in coordinating admissions for residents under the Ministry of Health's Portable Subsidy program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate admissions for portable subsidy residents, including financial counseling and preparation of necessary documents.
- Monitor National Means Testing (NMTS) for portable subsidy residents and ensure compliance with MOH requirements.
- Refer referrals and new admissions assigned by AIC for all ECON Medicare Centres and Nursing Homes.
- Track available licensed beds for portable subsidy residents and act as a resource person for the MOH ILTC portal and IRMs.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess a Diploma in Social Services or equivalent qualification, with at least 3 years of relevant working experience. You should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be a team player, service-oriented, and proficient in IT skills.
