The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end support in the preparation, review, administration, and tracking of contracts to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies, as well as timely execution, renewals, and effective contract governance across the organization.
About the Role
- Drive improvements in vendor contract governance, performance monitoring, and due diligence to ensure alignment with corporate policies and regulatory frameworks.
- Create and manage dashboards and analytical reports using Excel or other data tools to produce meaningful insights and track key performance indicators for contracts and vendor performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality contract management services to meet business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Develop and implement effective contract governance strategies to minimize risks and maximize opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of contract management processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field with over 5 years of experience overseeing project delivery and vendor contracts.
- Strong understanding of MAS Guidelines and hands-on experience in outsourcing governance and third-party risk management within the banking sector.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with advanced capabilities in contract drafting, documentation, and reporting.
