Project Manager Opportunity

Seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our project team in delivering projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the full spectrum of project management activities, including overall engineering design, construction, manpower planning, and testing & commissioning.
  • Oversee the design development process, with a focus on plumbing and sanitary systems.
  • Forecast and allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements.
  • Manage project budgets and implement cost control measures.
  • Negotiate and secure contracts with external vendors to ensure favorable and profitable terms.
  • Oversee procurement and inventory of materials and equipment required for the project.
  • Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, architects, authorities, project teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, building codes, safety regulations, and relevant authority guidelines.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure completion within scope, time, and budget constraints.
  • Secure necessary permits and approvals from regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure all work complies with applicable safety and building standards.
  • Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by Management or Head Office.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Construction or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in Plumbing and Sanitary construction.
  • BCA Certificate in Plumbing & Pipefitting and possessing knowledge in BIM Revit and Autodesk software is an advantage.

  • Working Days/Hours : 5.5 days (Monday - Friday: 9am-6pm), (Saturday: 9am - 1pm)
  • Salary : Up to $5,000 (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
