About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with extensive experience in payroll consulting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP Successfactors implementation projects and a strong understanding of business process management. You will work closely with our clients to analyze their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their strategic objectives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage SAP Successfactors implementation projects from start to finish.
  • Conduct business needs analysis and identify key challenges and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement customized solutions to meet client needs.
  • Maintain and enhance existing relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve services.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 10 years of experience in payroll consulting with a focus on SAP Successfactors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing and managing SAP Successfactors solutions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with business process management and change management principles.
