Expert Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to collaborate with our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in designing, implementing, and delivering Dynamics 365 solutions.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Conducting business requirement gathering and analysis, followed by translating these into actionable CRM solutions.
- Configuring, customizing, and enhancing MS Dynamics CRM modules.
- Developing workflows, plugins, dashboards, and reports to support business needs.
- Ensuring seamless data migration, integration, and system upgrades.
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders to provide functional solutions and technical feasibility.
- Troubleshooting, testing, and resolving CRM issues efficiently.
- Documenting processes and providing comprehensive training to end-users.
Required skills & qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Service, Marketing).
- Proficiency in CRM customization, workflows, business rules, plugins, and Power Automate.
- Good understanding of SQL Server, .NET, and integration with third-party applications.
- Strong functional knowledge of CRM business processes.
- Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and translate their needs into solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Power Apps and Power BI.
- Knowledge of Azure services for CRM integration.
- Previous experience in end-to-end CRM implementations.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
