Job Description:

The Advanced Cell Therapy and Research Institute, Singapore (ACTRIS) was established to meet the increasing clinical demand of using cellular therapeutics to treat various life-threatening diseases. ACTRIS' vision is to be the national and regional Centre of Excellence for discovery, process development and manufacturing of cellular-based therapeutics across the broad spectrum of immunotherapy and regenerative medicine.
As a Purchasing Management: specialist with CRIS, you will be responsible for managing the sourcing activities including publishing purchasing documentation via the online procurement portal. You will also support direct and indirect purchasing activities, raise purchase requisitions in SAP, and facilitate evaluation committee meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with requestors to manage the sourcing activities.
  • Support direct and indirect purchasing activities.
  • Coordinate with suppliers on continuous and on-time delivery of supplies.
  • Manage inventory and coordinate materials release for production runs.
  • Manage demand and perform replenishment of reagents/consumables according to safety stock levels/re-order points.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum Diploma
  • Good team player with positive work attitude
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Good working experience in managing Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facilities is a plus
