Senior GMP Procurement Specialist

The Senior GMP Procurement Specialist will play a key role in managing the purchasing and logistics activities for the CRIS. The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Diploma in a relevant field, with good knowledge of SAP and experience in managing Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facilities.
In this role, you will be responsible for Partnering with requestors to manage the sourcing activities including publishing the purchasing documentation via the online procurement portal. You will Support direct and indirect purchasing activities including raising purchase requisition in SAP and facilitating the evaluation committee meeting. You will Coordinate with the supplier on the continuous and on-time delivery of the supplies and manage the rescheduling with the supplier.
You will also Support material & supplier qualification process and ensure material management is in compliance with the SOP/GMP guideline. You will Perform incoming material inspection, ensure the GMP materials are received, labels are pasted according to material disposition in a timely manner; and materials are put-away in the correct locations.
