About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Residential Host. The ideal candidate will have experience in housekeeping and be able to provide excellent service to guests. They will also have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and be proactive in resolving any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring that all amenities are replenished and delivered to guests promptly, and providing exceptional customer service at all times. Additionally, they will need to be able to work effectively with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to our guests.

The successful candidate will possess a positive attitude, be flexible, and have a strong commitment to quality and excellence. They will also have the ability to multitask, think critically, and make sound decisions quickly when necessary.

Requirements:
- Primary Education or equivalent
- Some housekeeping experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
