Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional with payroll experience to join our team. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing payroll, HR operations, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Execute end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and company policies.">
  • Responsible for quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting in payroll.">
  • Participate in HR cost provision reporting to ensure accurate financial planning and analysis.">
  • Review and reconcile payroll reports, promptly addressing discrepancies and resolving issues.">
  • Work closely with Finance on payroll closure, general ledger reporting, payroll reconciliations.">
  • Support HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management.">
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee payroll questions or concerns, providing timely and accurate responses.">
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data protection laws.">
  • Manage all records in the HRIS and ensure all information is updated accurately from time to time.">

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.">
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.">
  • Proven experience in payroll processing and HR operations.">
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.">
  • Proficient in E-frontier and payroll software; advanced Excel skills are a plus.">
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.">
  • Understanding of regional HR practices and payroll compliance are a plus.">
