Teach and Develop Curriculum in Engineering

As an instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and developing curriculum in various areas such as Microelectronics, System Engineering, Digital Supply Chain, Marine Automation Systems, and Advanced Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality lectures and tutorials in specified subjects.
  • Develop course materials and syllabi using competency-based education principles.
  • Mentor and guide students in their academic and professional development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of academic programs through departmental meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A MSc or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, System Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven teaching experience at the tertiary level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse academic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry experience in microelectronics, system engineering, digital supply chain, marine automation systems, or advanced manufacturing.
  • Experience with online and blended learning methodologies.
