Job Title: Business Operations Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
  • To provide expert-level support in the management of lending-related IT projects as a key member of our team.
  • To facilitate effective project management, including resolving user/system issues, managing vendors and resources, and overseeing project schedules.
  • To contribute to system function and workflow design to ensure seamless operations.
  • To gather user and business requirements, perform gap analysis, and establish new work procedures or workarounds to enhance process efficiency.
  • To deliver training to local and overseas users on new systems and processes.
  • To provide support during user acceptance testing and conduct studies to analyze system effectiveness.
  • To liaise with end-users, vendors, and head office teams on migration and other project tasks.
  • To assist in preparing system and operational manuals.
  • To prepare reports for management and head office as required.
Overview of the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Specialist to join our Asia-Pacific Corporate Function Coordination Department - Business Operations Analyst Section. This section is responsible for promoting the new Core Banking System to Singapore and Asia Pacific branches from a business operation and user perspective.

Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with expertise in lending-related IT projects.
