SAASTHA PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and control store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise.
- Monitor and maintain store appearance, including visual merchandising and store displays.
- Lead and motivate sales floor staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve store goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in retail management software and systems.
