Clinical Trial Manager

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Trial Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to lead clinical trials from start to finish.

  • Fundamental Responsibilities:
  • • Develop, manage, and execute clinical trial plans, protocols, and procedures in accordance with regulations and company policies.
  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensure timely delivery, and achieve project quality objectives.
  • • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, vendors, and customers to resolve issues and drive project success.
  • • Monitor and control budgets, timelines, and resources to optimize project performance.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • • Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field.
  • Experience:
  • • 6+ years of experience in clinical trials management, including at least 2 years of project management experience.
  • • Advanced knowledge of clinical trials principles, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • • Experience working with therapeutic areas, such as oncology, cardiovascular, or infectious diseases.
  • • Knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations.
  • • Familiarity with electronic data capture systems (EDCS) and clinical trial management systems (CTMS).
