Job Opportunity: Technical Bridge Role

This exciting opportunity is available to join a fast-paced environment where technology and operations intersect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Product Reliability as a Key Driver by leveraging technical expertise to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Act as a bridge between Engineers, Support Teams, and Business Stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Communicate Clear RCAs and Resolution Updates to Internal Teams and Customers through concise and structured reports.

Additionally, this role will involve Triage and Tag Field Tickets by Severity and Type, Analysing Logs and Preparing Preliminary Root Cause Assessments, and Driving Bug Resolution across Sprints with QA and R&D Teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Field Support, QA, or Technical Troubleshooting involving Hardware + Software Systems is highly desirable.
  • Ability to Interpret Logs, Crash Dumps, and Server Traces is essential for success in this role.
  • Familiarity with Jira or Similar Bug Tracking Tools is also required.
  • Comfortable Working across Technical and Customer-facing Teams, Detail-oriented, Persistent, and Structured in Approach.
