About Our Job Opportunity

Skin Equality International Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Digital Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team.


Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Engaging with customers through various digital channels
  2. Maintaining accurate records in our central database system
  3. Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless customer interactions

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with digital technologies and systems
  • A high level of responsibility and adaptability
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

We are open to candidates with:

  • Higher Nitec or equivalent qualifications
  • 1-2 years of working experience
  • Experience in customer service (a plus)
  • Proficiency in Chinese/Mandarin (a plus)

This is a full-time/part-time position available, requiring 3-4 days of work per week. We welcome applications from Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents.
