Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance activities of technicians to ensure compliance with procedures and works instructions.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for plant equipment and facilities to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of scheduled equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of electrical drawings and activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and fabricate machinery, jigs, and fixtures to improve production processes.
- Train and develop technicians to enhance their skills and performance.
- Maintain a high level of work discipline and motivate subordinates to achieve excellence.
- Ensure adequate manpower through effective attendance management to meet daily work requirements.
- Recommend replacements for turnover and new additions to the team.
- Implement and enforce safety programs to ensure a safe working environment.
- ITE or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Knowledge of PLC systems
- Possession of a Singapore PUB Electrical License is advantageous
- Experience in safety activities
