Project Overview

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on professional to oversee and coordinate interior renovation projects from start to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, safety, cost control, and quality standards at all times.

The project leader plays a crucial role in the success of our company, and we are looking for a highly skilled individual who can lead our team with confidence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Execution:
    • Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
    • Oversee renovation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with design specifications, timelines, and regulations
    • Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve site-related issues promptly
  • On-Site Management & Quality Control:
    • Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress, safety practices, and workmanship quality
    • Identify and mitigate risks such as delays, cost overruns, and material shortages
    • Ensure all construction and renovation work adheres to local building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Liaise with clients, designers, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders to ensure clear communication and smooth project execution
    • Provide regular progress updates and site reports to management and clients
  • Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting:
    • Resolve technical conflicts between design intent and site feasibility with practical, cost-effective solutions
    • Manage change orders professionally and ensure all variations are properly documented and approved
    Requirements
    • Diploma or Degree in Interior Architecture, Building, Project Management, or related field
    • Minimum 5 years of site or project management experience in interior renovation (residential or commercial)
    • Strong technical knowledge in interior fit-out, carpentry, M&E works, and wet works
    • Able to read and interpret floor plans, technical drawings, and construction documents
    • Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
    • Independent, proactive, and able to manage multiple sites simultaneously
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage
    • Fluent in both Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
    • Possess own transport (preferred)
    • Willing to work flexible hours based on project needs
