Job Title: Project Manager (Renovation)

Location: On-site

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8.30am-5.30pm

Salary: $5000-$6500

Benefits: Annual Leave from 14 days, Additional Weeks' Salary

Job Overview:

Manage renovation and construction projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise site progress, materials, and workmanship to ensure quality standards are met.

• Coordinate with relevant parties to guarantee projects meet timelines, budgets, safety, and quality requirements.

• Conduct on-site inspections and document defects for timely resolution.

• Assist in preparing detailed project plans, schedules, and reports to track progress.

• Support risk assessments and communicate essential safety measures to site personnel.

• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and workers efficiently.

• Handle Variation Orders and other assigned duties effectively.

Requirements:

• Relevant technical knowledge and experience in construction/renovation projects.

• Strong leadership, coordination, and supervision skills to manage teams and sites.

• Familiarity with safety, quality standards, and risk management principles is necessary.

Budget Management:

The ideal candidate will have excellent budgeting skills to manage and control expenses throughout the project lifecycle.

Leadership and Teamwork:

This role requires a strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of collaboration and open communication.
