As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting market research to unearth top talent
  • Building relationships between candidates and clients through scheduled interviews
  • Utilizing exceptional communication skills to cold call, build talent pipelines, and map out client organisation structures
  • Conducting targeted headhunting and market mapping to support niche search assignments for our clients
