Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Personal Care Officer. This position requires an empathetic and caring person who is able to provide support and assistance to our residents.

About the Role
  • Plan and supervise the care and well-being of residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Design and implement programs and activities that enhance the quality of life for our residents.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident interviews and progress.
  • Oversee the maintenance of equipment within the facility.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the premises.
Requirements
  • Possess a Diploma in any discipline.
  • Be willing to work on rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Able to adhere to Standard Operating Procedures while performing duties.

Work Environment

The Welfare Homes provide care for destitute persons, with multiple locations across Singapore. The successful candidate will be based at one of our facilities in Bukit Batok, Admiralty Street, or Buangkok Green.

The Acacia Home is a seven-storey facility with 250 beds, catering to male residents. The workplace is located at Admiralty Street.

Bukit Batok Home for the Aged is a three-storey facility with 195 beds, catering to both male and female residents. The workplace is located at Bukit Batok.

Tembusu Home at Pelangi Village is a seven-storey facility with 190 beds, catering to male residents. The workplace is located at Buangkok Green.

Thuja Home at Pelangi Village is a four-storey facility with 239 beds, catering to female residents. The workplace is located at Buangkok Green.
