Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Personal Care Officer to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and supervising the care of residents in a home setting. This includes developing and implementing programs and activities that promote the well-being of residents, as well as ensuring the cleanliness of the premises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and supervise the care of residents to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Develop and implement programs and activities that cater to the diverse needs of residents.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident interviews and update monthly reports.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance of Home equipment and appliances.

The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling or a related field, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility and adaptability being essential qualities for this role.
