You will be responsible for FF&E in all design phases (Ph1 to Ph4), from concept development to project completion, sourcing products, preparing sample boards and producing specifications and schedules including obtaining material unit cost reference information.

  • Working closely with the design team in conceptual development and design refinement.
  • Responsible for selecting and presenting FF&E options to clients.
  • Coordinating with the design team in developing furniture layouts, perspectives, and 2D/3D renderings.
  • Ensuring that project assignments are completed within given deadlines.
  • Working closely with consultants and clients to ensure designs meet contractual and client requirements.
  • Preparing full sets of FF&E specifications and documentation for tender and construction drawings.
  • Reviewing shop drawings from suppliers and contractors.
  • Attending site meetings and factory inspections to review materials and furniture.
  • Flexibility in handling multiple projects.
  • Assisting in overseeing the work and performance of FF&E designers.
  • Able to coordinate, delegate, give feedback, and mentor subordinates regarding their work.
Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Architectural or Interior Design or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in FF&E, particularly in the hospitality industry.
  • Creativity and artistic flair.
  • Able to interpret specifications and layouts.
  • Passionate and aware of global design trends and FF&E supplies.
  • Experienced in handling projects across various design phases.
  • Good understanding of design principles, materials, and details.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
