Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Accountant to support the finance and operations functions of our organization. This is a 3-month contract role, and you will be reporting directly to senior finance leaders.

This position involves routine financial reporting, cash management, and assisting with compliance and administrative matters. It is suitable for candidates with strong accounting experience and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Preparing quarterly fund-level reporting schedules and consolidation files.
  • Assisting in reviewing monthly financial reports and loan schedules.
  • Maintaining and updating various capital-related schedules.
  • Drafting notices related to capital calls, returns, and distributions.
  • Supporting the year-end audit process, including reviewing financial statements and responding to audit requests.
  • Contributing to tax-related tasks when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this position, you will need strong accounting skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities. Previous experience in financial reporting, cash management, and compliance is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also necessary for success in this role.
