Financial Reporting Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled financial reporting specialist to join our team. This role involves overseeing the accuracy and compliance of financial statements with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee financial inputs and manage deliverables.
  • Ensure data accuracy for GAAP reporting.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide advice on accounting interpretations and resolve production issues.
  • Perform financial metrics analysis and facilitate discussions.
  • Act as a contact point for external auditors.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in financial reporting or auditing.
  • Experience within the insurance industry is preferred.
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
  • Knowledgeable in FRS and relevant financial reporting standards including IFRS17.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, planning, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Experience in providing actionable insights to senior stakeholders is a plus.
