  • Collaborate closely with project managers to synchronize costs, ensuring smooth project progression.
  • Negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractors, fostering strong relationships and driving value for money.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by senior management.

Requirements:

To excel in this position, you must have:
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience as a Tender/Project Quantity Surveyor in the Construction industry.
  • Familiarity with Building/Civil Projects and their complexities.
  • An organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented approach to work.
  • A flexible mindset and ability to multitask efficiently.
