Role Overview

Salary & Benefits

We offer an attractive salary package consisting of basic pay, commission, and performance bonuses, as well as medical, insurance, dental, and optical coverage. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales:
    • Achieve individual and store sales targets by executing sales strategies.
    • Maintain control over discounts and discontinued products.
    • Ensure all sales transactions follow operational procedures.
  • Deliver High Service Standards:
    • Stay updated on product knowledge and provide excellent customer service.
    • Follow brand standards, company policies, and the Code of Conduct.
  • Maintain Retail Excellence:
    • Perform store opening and closing procedures according to SOPs.
    • Keep the store neat, tidy, and visually appealing.
    • Monitor inventory and minimize stock losses.

Estimated Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 per annum
