Job Title: FRC Customer Service Technician

Key Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will be responsible for attending to user calls, creating work orders, and coordinating workflow distribution.

Additionally, they will assist and report to the FRC Supervisor/FRC Team Leader, monitor all FRC systems, and report status of any alarms/faults/trips. They will also issue/control keys and ROFs, update events/information/data in records books, attend to emergencies/major incidents, and notify/feedback users/personnel.

  • Attend to user's calls, create work orders and workflow distribution and coordination.
  • Assisting and reporting to FRC Supervisor/ FRC team leader.
  • Monitoring of all FRC system and report status of any alarms /faults / trips.
  • Issuing / control of keys and ROFs.
  • Updating of events / information / data in records books.
  • Attend to emergencies / major incidences.
  • Notify and feedback users / personnel.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum NTC in technical education.
  • Working experience in technical field preferably in the control room.
  • Preferably English proficient and has good communication skills.
  • Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office.
