Pantry Coordinator cum Housekeeper

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene to support the well-being of seniors residing in the centre.
Key Responsibilities:- Pantry Support
- Prepare and serve meals, beverages, and snacks according to dietary requirements and hygiene guidelines.
- Warm up meals and portion food accordingly.
- Clean and sanitize the pantry area and kitchen equipment.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment or purchasing as needed.
- Dispose of waste responsibly.
- Housekeeping & Cleanliness
- Perform general cleaning tasks within the centre, including activity rooms and offices.
- Disinfect frequently touched surfaces and maintain a hygienic environment.
- Wash and dry towels, linens, and cleaning cloths as required.
- Assist with setup and cleanup before and after daily activities or special events.
- Properly dispose of clinical and general waste.
- Centre Support
- Provide assistance with moving equipment or supplies when needed.
- Maintain storerooms and utility areas' cleanliness and tidiness.
- Report any maintenance issues to the Centre Manager.
- Hygiene & Safety Compliance
- Adhere to food hygiene and workplace safety guidelines.
- Use cleaning materials and equipment safely.
- Participate in regular training or briefings on hygiene and safety practices.
- Other Duties
- Perform any other assigned duties to support daily operations.
