Job Title: Embryology Laboratory Coordinator

This role involves working closely with senior embryologists and other team members to facilitate assisted reproductive technology (ART) procedures in the IVF laboratory and related tasks in the Andrology laboratory.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for embryology and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care, while also being able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance of laboratory equipment and facilities
  • Documentation of laboratory procedures
  • Providing support to clinicians, nurses, and administrators
  • Performing daily lab operations for IVF Procedures

Requirements:

  • Degree in Biological Sciences or animal sciences
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Empathy and ability to manage sensitive situations
  • Teamwork and independent work capabilities
  • Availability for weekend calls
